Apply to Serve on the New AAEM-LG Board of Directors

The American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) is planning on the formation of an AAEM Locums Group (AAEM-LG). The AAEM-LG will partner with at least one existing locums company to help expand their business in order to provide the emergency physician with more work opportunities through an ethically run company with transparent rates and offer additional value such as education and networking. The AAEM-LG will mandate principles consistent with the AAEM mission such as transparency and due process. AAEM hopes to positively impact the locums marketplace to make it more fair for emergency physicians.

AAEM is recruiting for a board of directors to oversee the AAEM-LG. In addition, AAEM is recruiting a part-time Chief Medical Officer for the AAEM-LG, who will receive a modest stipend. AAEM will be accepting applications for the AAEM-LG Board of Directors and the AAEM-LG CMO position over the next two weeks
