ABOUT ACMT
The American College of Medical Toxicology (ACMT) is a professional, nonprofit association of physicians with recognized expertise and board certification in medical toxicology. Our members specialize in the prevention, evaluation, treatment, and monitoring of injury and illness from exposures to drugs and chemicals, as well as biological and radiological agents. We care for people in clinical, academic, governmental, and public health settings, and provide poison control center leadership. The ACMT Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) is an opportunity for specialists in the field of Medical Toxicology to gather together, network, and learn from the cutting-edge research of their peers.
ACMT - MedTox Shark Tank
An opportunity to present a research proposal to a panel of expert toxicologists for feedback and insight on moving your research idea forward. Residents and Medical Students are welcome to apply. The top 2 proposals will be awarded $1500 in travel awards to return to a future ASM and present a completed research project. Abstract applications are due by December 1. Learn more.
